Booking

A booking is confirmed when we reply with a date and a time, not when you send the first message. Prices are the ones published on this site on the day of the booking.

Pickup and drop-off

Pickup is free within 5 km of the salon in Denpasar. Beyond that we agree the fee with you before we set off. Please send a map pin rather than a street name, and be reachable on the number you booked with. If nobody is at the gate after fifteen minutes we may have to move to the next pickup.

Health and vaccination

Puppies and kittens are groomed after their second vaccination.
Tell us before we collect if your pet bites, has a health condition, is pregnant, or is recovering from surgery.
We do not groom an animal with an open wound, a contagious skin condition, or a temperature. We will say so and send it home.

Matted coats

Severe matting is clipped short. De-matting a badly tangled coat pulls on the skin and hurts, so we do not do it. We tell you the likely length before we start. A clipped coat can reveal skin the mats were hiding, including old scratches or irritation.

Sedation

We do not sedate, and we do not groom a sedated animal brought to us. If a pet becomes too stressed to continue, we stop, tell you what was finished, and charge for that part only.

Cancellation

Tell us as early as you can. There is no cancellation fee, but repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation before the next booking.

Payment

Payment is on drop-off, in cash or by bank transfer. The price is the one quoted before pickup unless you asked for something extra during the session, and anything extra is agreed with you first.

What we are responsible for

We take care of your pet the way we would take care of our own. If something goes wrong through our fault, tell us straight away and we will make it right, including a vet visit where that is warranted. We are not responsible for a condition that already existed and became visible once the coat came off.
