A separate room, out of sight and earshot
Cats are groomed in their own room. They do not walk past the dogs on the way in, and they do not hear them while they are being dried.

We stop if your cat says stop
A cat that is clearly panicking does not get pushed through the session. We stop, tell you what we managed, and charge for what was actually done.

No sedation
We do not sedate cats and we do not ask a vet to sedate one for a bath. If a cat genuinely cannot be groomed awake, that is a conversation for your vet, not for us.

Matting is cut, not pulled
A matted cat coat pulls on the skin and hurts. Heavy matting gets clipped short. We tell you before we clip, so the length is never a surprise.

Basic Grooming means two shampoos, blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning and cologne. Every other treatment includes all of that.
