What Denpasar is like
Denpasar is where most of our local customers are: Indonesian families in kampung housing and perumahan, plus a growing number of apartment residents. Houses sit close together and often have little yard, and there is normally more than one animal in the home. Because we are based here you can also drop off and collect yourself if that suits you better than a pickup slot.
What we usually see on coats here
Denpasar brings us more cats than any tourist area, from kucing kampung and domestic shorthairs through to persians, and the usual reason for booking is fleas or a coat that has knotted along the back and behind the legs. Dogs are mostly anjing kampung and mixed breeds, along with small breeds like pomeranians and miniature poodles. With houses this close together fleas move between neighbours fast, so we treat whole households rather than one animal at a time.
What it costs
Same price list everywhere in Bali. Pickup within 5 km of the salon is free; beyond that we agree the fee before we set off.

Questions from Denpasar
Can I bring my pet to the salon myself instead of booking pickup?
Yes. We are based in Denpasar, so from Renon, Panjer, Sesetan or Ubung it is often quicker to drop off and collect. Message us first so we can give you a time rather than leaving you waiting, since the table is usually booked back to back.
My cat has never been groomed. Will she be alright with the dogs there?
Cats are groomed in a separate quiet room, not in the dog area, and the two never cross paths. For a first-time cat we work slower, split the wash and dry into shorter stretches, and stop if she is genuinely distressed rather than forcing it through. We do not sedate cats or dogs for any reason.
