Where we pick up

About 13 km from our Denpasar base, which is 30 to 45 minutes depending on the Kerobokan and Batu Bolong bottleneck, so we run Canggu pickups in the morning block because the same drive after 4pm can take twice as long.

Pererenan is about 15 km from the Denpasar salon, roughly 35 to 50 minutes, and the last stretch through Munggu and Cemagi is narrow enough that we confirm the exact gate or a map pin before the driver sets off.

Seminyak is about 10 km from our Denpasar base, usually 25 to 40 minutes, and while the Sunset Road side moves well the Oberoi and Drupadi lanes are one-way and tight, so we ask for the villa name and the nearest gang.

Kerobokan sits about 11 km from the salon, 25 to 40 minutes, which makes it one of the easiest areas for us to fit in at short notice, and Umalas and Bumbak pickups are often same-day.

Sanur is the closest area to us at roughly 8 km, 20 to 30 minutes each way, so we can do an early pickup and have your dog home well before the heat of the afternoon.

Our salon is in Denpasar, so Renon, Sesetan, Panjer, Ubung and Peguyangan are usually 10 to 20 minutes away and same-day pickup is normal rather than a favour.

Ubud is around 25 km from the salon and takes 60 to 75 minutes each way, so we group Ubud pickups onto set days rather than running single trips, and booking a few days ahead gets you a better slot.

Jimbaran is about 17 km from Denpasar, normally 35 to 50 minutes, though the Bypass backs up badly around 5pm so we aim for a morning or early afternoon run, and the Ungasan side adds another ten or fifteen minutes uphill.

Uluwatu is roughly 28 km out and takes 50 to 70 minutes depending on the Bypass, and because the cliff lanes are steep and narrow we confirm the exact drop point and a contact number before the driver leaves the salon.

Nusa Dua is about 22 km from the salon, 40 to 60 minutes by Bypass or toll, and since most of the area sits behind a security gate we need your name on the gate list or a resident able to call us in.
