What Kerobokan is like
Kerobokan is a genuine mix, with Indonesian family homes on the same street as expat rentals, plus the villa strips through Umalas and Batu Belig. Most of these are family households with a garden and more than one animal in the house. Bumbak and Padang Linjong are quiet residential lanes rather than tourist strip, so pickups there are straightforward.
What we usually see on coats here
We take more cat bookings out of Kerobokan than any other area: persians and persian crosses mainly, plus long-haired domestics and kucing kampung that have picked up fleas from the garden. Cats are groomed in a separate quiet room, away from the dogs and out of earshot, because a cat that can hear barking will never settle. On the dog side it is mostly medium family dogs and rescues, and fleas are the recurring problem in houses where pets go in and out all day.

Same price list everywhere in Bali. Pickup within 5 km of the salon is free; beyond that we agree the fee before we set off.

Can you groom my cat and my dog on the same visit?
Yes, we collect both together in one pickup. At the salon they are kept completely apart, with cats in their own quiet room and never in the dog area. Just say so at booking, because the cat room takes one animal at a time and we need to hold the slot.
My cat has fleas and so does the dog. What do I book?
Grooming + Flea Treatment for both of them, on the same day. Treating one and leaving the other is why fleas are back within a week, since they simply move across and into the bedding. Wash all the bedding while they are with us and you break the cycle properly instead of restarting it.
