What we collect

When you book, you send us your name, your phone number, your address or map pin, and whatever you tell us about your pet. We keep it because we cannot collect a dog from an address we do not have.

What this website collects

The site is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no login, no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. Every booking button opens WhatsApp with a message already written, which you can edit or delete before sending.

Photos of your pet

We photograph pets after grooming, mostly so you can see the result before we drive back. We publish a photo on this site or on Instagram only if you say yes. If you have already said yes and change your mind, tell us and we take it down.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell contact details and we do not pass them to other businesses. Messages you send us live in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Booking messages stay in our WhatsApp history so we know what your pet had last time and how it handled the session. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
