Four treatments. Each one includes the one above it.
There is no package to decode. You start from the same wash every pet gets, and add only what your pet actually needs.

Basic Grooming
Adds Two shampoos, a full blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning and cologne. The wash most pets need every four to six weeks.

Adds A medicated bath. We tell you what we find, and if it is beyond what a bath fixes we say so instead of selling you another one.

We come to your gate
Pickup and drop-off the same day, from Canggu to Ubud. You do not need a car, a crate, or a taxi driver willing to take a wet dog.
Cats get their own room
Groomed away from the dogs, out of sight and earshot. If a cat is clearly panicking we stop and tell you rather than push through.

We collect
We come to your gate at the agreed time. You do not need a car or a carrier; we bring what is needed.

Bath, dry, trim
Two shampoos, a proper blow dry, nails and ears. Anything you added, flea bath or haircut, happens here.

Photo before we leave
You get a photo on WhatsApp. If the cut is not what you meant, say so while your pet is still with us.

Home the same day
We bring your pet back dry, brushed out and awake. No overnight stays, no cage waiting.

Do you sedate dogs or cats?
Never. A nervous animal gets a slower session and breaks, not medication. If a pet is too stressed to continue we stop, tell you what we managed, and charge only for that.
What is included in Basic Grooming?
Two shampoos, a full blow dry, nail trim, ear cleaning and cologne. Flea treatment and a haircut are the two add-ons on top of that, and each has its own price in the list.
Which areas do you pick up from?
Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Sanur, Denpasar, Ubud, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Tabanan. Pickup is free within 5 km of the salon in Denpasar; beyond that we agree the fee with you before we set off.
How long does a groom take?
A basic groom takes about an hour and a half, and a groom with a haircut two to three hours depending on the coat. Your pet is not caged waiting for a slot, and you get a photo before we drive back.
My dog has ticks or fleas.
Common here, and not a reason to be embarrassed. Every groom includes a check. We remove what we find, and if the infestation is beyond what a bath fixes we tell you it is a vet visit rather than sell you another treatment.
My pet’s coat is matted.
Send a photo first. Light matting brushes out during the groom. Heavy matting has to be clipped short, because pulling mats apart hurts, and we tell you the length before we start rather than after.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, with their own price list. Cats are groomed in a separate quiet room, never in the same space as the dogs, and we do not bathe a cat that is clearly panicking.
Can puppies and kittens come?
After the second vaccination. The first visit is deliberately short and gentle, so the animal learns that the tub and the dryer are survivable before it needs a full groom.
