What we actually do
We are a grooming salon in Denpasar that collects pets from across south Bali and Ubud, grooms them, and brings them home the same day. Dogs and cats, four sizes, one published price list. That is the whole business.
Why we do not sedate
Sedation makes a groomer's job easier and adds a medical risk the owner usually never hears about. We do not use it, and we do not ask a vet to prescribe it so a bath goes faster. A nervous animal gets a slower session, breaks, and a groomer who stops when it has had enough.
If a pet genuinely cannot be groomed while awake, that is a conversation for your vet, and we will tell you so rather than push through.
Cats are not small dogs
Cats are groomed in a separate room, away from the sound and sight of dogs. They have their own price list because the work is different: more time on handling, less on the coat, and a much lower threshold for stopping.
What we tell you, and when
- The price before we collect, not after we finish. The list on this site is the list we charge from.
- If the coat has to be clipped shorter than you asked, we tell you before the clippers start, not when we hand the dog back.
- A photo on WhatsApp before we drive back, so you can say something while we can still act on it.
- If we find fleas, ticks, a skin problem or a lump, we say what we saw and where. We are groomers, so we do not diagnose. We tell you when something is worth showing a vet.
Where we work
Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Sanur, Denpasar, Ubud, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Tabanan. Pickup is free within 5 km of the salon; beyond that we agree the fee with you before we set off.
